1 Definitions

"Player" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform. "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's account at any given time. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.

3 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the bet111 platform. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — whether through shared device, IP address, payment method, identity documents, or any other indicator — bet111 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all duplicate accounts and retain any Bonus Funds used across those accounts.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

6 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers available on bet111 are subject to specific terms published individually on the Promotion page. The general rules applicable to all promotions are as follows:

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on bet111 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product:

• Sports Betting: Cricket bets (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Test matches, ODIs, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures) are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI). • Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Any attempt to manipulate, cheat, or exploit games, software, or platform systems, including RNG exploitation attempts.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Money laundering — using the bet111 platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purposes of disguising their origin.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person, operating an account as a proxy, or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Any activity that violates applicable law in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

bet111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, payment fraud, or money laundering.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 8.

• Inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account policies, including any applicable dormancy fees, will be communicated to the registered email address before they are applied.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, any real-money balance held in the account may be retained by bet111 where the balance is directly connected to prohibited activity. Where an account is closed for operational reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's last used payment method.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bet111 platform — including but not limited to the bet111 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game content provided under licence from third-party studios, and promotional material — is the intellectual property of bet111 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission from bet111.

11 Limitation of Liability
